Issue Description (Required):
The Precinct number on most Arbites upper body cosmetics is clipped. Cosmetics that show this number have minor clipping of the texture near the center of the breastplate.
Issue 1:

- Arbitrator Specialist Plate (Lucis)
- Arbitrator Specialist Plate (Noctis)
Non-Issue:

Issue 2:
The deluxe edition Arbites armor has a different clipping issue where the Precinct number appears in the center of the breastplate. This is where the winged fist icon is in the preview of armor.
