Yeah this one you fall into the floor in front of the chest, you can’t get out because the rocks on all sides block you.
There is also a third one I found, I’ll get footage of that when I can but that one doesn’t impact gameplay.
This we had to kill ourselves and reset the run.

I think this might be the same map layout but the hole is different because of the rocks
