Agility potion gave me zoomies

Issue Description (Required):

Drank a potion of agility in the Chaos Wastes and somehow got the effect twice, causing me to zip around in a hilarious manner.

The additional buff granted by the orb dropped by Esmerelda’s Generosity was not affected by Decanter.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Notable boons I had at the time included Decanter (increased potion effect and duration) and Esmerelda’s Generosity (drop a potion orb when you drink one).

The effect also triggered with Poison Aegis, though that had no additional effect.

I love me some zoomies.

Best one I had so far was on Slayer with No escape talent.
I managed to get movement speed boon and zoomies on ULT boon Mork’s (or possibly Gork’s) Onslaught IIRC, somehow after that I also managed to get Stromfels’ Savagery too.

Needed a bit of break after that as 70-90% movement speed on ULT was hilarious, it was also a tiny bit jarring.
