Add gameplay option to disable ADS zoom

As the title states, add an option to disable the zoom which accompanies aiming down sights.

This could be supplemented by an additional keybind to “focus down sight” which is commonly found in other titles.

This would be a quality of life improvement as the shift in FoV can be jarring and negatively impact the gameplay experience.
