Issue Description:
In Turkey and Argentina, Steam no longer supports our local currencies as of the 20th. Instead, both countries are now shown as MENA/USD and LATAM/USD. I’m not sure if the same case applies in Argentina, but here in Turkey, Aquilas does not have localized pricing. Prior to the pricing update, the largest pack of Aquilas was priced at 299₺, which was equivalent to $11. However, after the update, the same pack now costs $30, which is the standard USD price, but when converted to Turkish Lira, it amounts to 865₺ (minus the conversion rate). This increase in price is exorbitant, amounting to a 290% increase. It is quite concerning for users in Turkey to have to pay such a significantly higher price.
I bought it twice before the update, yet I’m no longer willing to get more. I would get a small price increase, like 10% but 290% is just absurd. I pay for my food expenses for a MONTH with that price instead.
Tbh guys, the prices are too expensive… not only for Turkey.
As a result, I try to avoid totally the cosmetic shop (1 month I did not buy anything in Darktide) until they review their cosmetic policy: no recolor, a system that would allow us to recolor our clothes, prices not too high… I don’t buy a DLC that will permit me to play 150 more hours, I pay ONLY for a cosmetic! And worst is I cannot even change the color (except with a mod and only locally).
And a western european get a lot less than an american… I am far away of 6 000 $ / month, and there’s less than 10% of the citizen of my country that earn such amount of money (and I live in France - sure we have a different system that can explain, a little, the difference )
In other words, they think we’re all americans…
And, to say the least, their prices are too high. They ask the price of an excellent and colossal DLC for a cosmetic pack that you can’t even recolor.
I supported them for a long time… now, I think that they don’t deserve it if they continue acting like that.
