Able to one shot last boss on The War Camp

Issue Summary:
If you throw a bomb at the last boss of The war camp, during his monologue, he will stagger to the side and die instantly. Bug seems to be consistent and easy to replicate, but I have only tested it 3 times. Hope this will be helpful in fixing the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have a bomb
  2. Throw bomb at the last boss of the war camp, towards the end of his speech
  3. He will stagger after speech and instantly die

Often(< 95%)
