Issue Description:
A pouch is heavily clipping through the arm of the Operative on ‘Killshot’s Duty Uniform’ of Veteran Sharpshooter.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch the game.
  2. Enter the lobby as Veteran Sharpshooter.
  3. Press ‘i’ button to open Operative menu.
  4. Select ‘Cosmetics’ tab.
  5. Finish ‘Make Every Shot Count’ Penance (hopefully you can do it via a debug).
  6. Choose ‘Killshot’s Duty Uniform’ cupper body skin.
  7. Notice the clipping on the left arm.
