"Your Trust level is growing" notification constantly repeating

The “Your Trust level is growing” notification would repeatedly trigger as I ran around.

After my second run, when I was spawned in the hub, there was no notification. I ran to the mission selection area, the notification would appear - a bar below the notification would go down by about 1/4 before the whole notification would fade out, and trigger again, fade in with a full progress bar, and repeat.

This kept on for as long as I was in the hub. Restarting the game fixed this.

For me it’s tied to the hub. It will go away after playing another mission and returning to hub.
