When you’re fighting the horde, and you get stuck inside a wall…
…you will not go on to victory today.

When you’re standing behind the tentacle beast, and get grabbed anyway…
…you will not go on to victory today.

When you try to dodge, but you’re stuck inside a slave rat…
…you will not go on to victory today.

When you hit them in the face, and nothing at all happens…
…you will not go on to victory today.

When you dodge just right, and still get pounced…
…you will not go on to victory today.

When you see a Chaos Warrior, but oops it’s actually 8…
…you will not go on to victory today.

When you put your back against a wall, but the enemy hits you through it…
…you will not go on to victory today.

When you spend hours honing your skill, but the game just doesn’t work…
…you will be playing Vermintide today.

Still remember one of my first legend runs when V2 launched. We barely survived the horde. “Let’s kill this lone CW and scout for supplies” Welp we all know how it ended.

to be fair…players can wall hack also…
I’ve certainly abused wall hacking a horde as they walk around to a door to get to me…
I wouldn’t miss this game abuse if they decided to add hit detection on all solid objects. It would make fighting in a narrow hallway more interesting if you have a wide sweeping arc (provided that enemies ALSO collide with the walls and essentially stun lock themselves).
