Reducing wounds is musthave.
In 115 ranks i saw may be 5 times how someone died because he lost all wounds.

We need to increase spawn rates of Skavens. It it will change hero vs Skaven balance.
I have a feeling FS didnât like the idea of players just spawning and going inmediatly as the timer ran out just to get benefit of the lower respawn time (I think this is mostly because of how much dmg gas rat used to do)
Iâm doubtful they would ever want to go back on that
20 seconds is too huge for me. You can speedrun some parts of the map in such time.

I do not have any numbers to reference by except the old armory ones so i am shooting in the dark here, what are the specific effects of the changes proposed? Does Longbow still stagger nothing and need 2-3 bodyshots for everything?

Also, you´d kinda have to remove blessed combat from BH entirely to justify nerfing bloodshot javelins on WS upon further consideration. The effect it has on crossbow BH is basically the same but he has better accuracy and doesnt have to manually reload the effect.
Longbow does stagger Assassins if I remember correctly, and kills every special with a fully charged headshot
The aim goal with these changes for the Longbow would be the following:
If user chooses serrated shots, then Longbow now should be able to 1 shot assassins and globadiers if charged on a bodyshot (24 dmg + 6 total bleeding damage)
And 2 shot ratlings and flamerats with charged (remember bleed stacks) or 3 uncharged shots (doing 1 charged + 1 uncharged would not be enough, dealing 49.5 dmg instead)
With Jav, serrated shots would allow it to 1 shot headshot hookrats
So for Longbow, this is a significant power increase that changes thressholds
Regarding BH, I donât think his current crossbow build is a problem, nerfs were aimed towards BoP BH build

Both oneshot anything they touch, javs have infinite ammo but crossbow has accuracy and range. As far as i can tell there is nothing that really sets them apart except âbecause elfâ which is galling.
well the difference is that WS has regen and homing ult, and Javs are waaaay faster to spam, while retaining its 1 shot ability for 10s after killing a trash mob
Meanwhile crossbow could sometimes not have the crit due to it being fired recently and no trash close to proc Blessed Combat again
Way faster to spam? BH has a ranged reloading perk that only leaves the crossbow only a bit slower, and two non-crit shots from it still kill any target while stagging well too.
Regen and homing ult? Sure, extremely low regen and an ult that sometimes just doesnt work or lock at all. Especially with other enemies nearby. BH meanwhile does have to aim it but it is immune to aimpunch and effectively works on bosses too though.
As for retaining the ability to 1shot for 10 secondsâŚha. ha. More on that below.

Know what works exactly like this? Bloodshot, know what bloodshot also doesnt do? Reload by itself without doing anything. If teammates kill all the few trash mobs nearby then keri effectively has nothing on that talent row.
The fact that you are arguing against bloodshot WS when the fact of the matter is that crossbow BH, or even blessed combat BH at large in a sense, in practice works the very same way only proves my point in stating that there is a âbecause elfâ bias.

This is the effect, a single, extra, projectile, after a melee kill, for the next 10 seconds. So in practice, its either the same or worse than Saltpyre doing the same but instead of an extra projectile, he gets a ranged crit.

Now i am less certain you´re biased and more wondering if you´ve ever played waystalker, at all. Because that level of not knowing what the talent does is very off.
Iâm dumb and forgor this gets removed after getting a hit, but it stays active if you miss unlike BH crit

Elven ranged weapons are pretty trash, so it is hard to judge. If longbow could kill all specials in two bodyshots, that skill would be much better. Ability to keep it after miss is stupidly strong.
But it cannot, and it would not even with the proposed changes, thus even in theory the talent is still just plain always worse than the bounty equivalent. Hence my really not understanding the need to dunk on the elf in particular <.<
It reminds me far too much of the league memes of " X is too powerful, better nerf Y".
I dont understand those numbers anyway. For example on armored dummy slayers push atacks does 24 damage, Javelin headshot deals 36 damage and shotgun bodyshot does 45 damage.
But on practice dual axe push atack and javelin headshot can oneshot Warpfire, but handgun boyshot cant.
