Xbox One - Motion blur bugged every time you restart game

Issue Summary: Every time the game is closed, the motion Blur option gets bugged: Even though it says its Off, you will still have motion blur and you have to Enable it then re-disable it.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Opening/Restarting game

Reproduction Rate (Choose One): Constant (100%)

Additional Information: I’m not sure if you can tell via the video since Xbox uses such low bitrate when recording clips.
