WPoS Crit Talent not working as non-host again

If you run the Elite Kills = 5% Crit Chance Talent on WPoS and you’re not the Host, you don’t get the Stacks from Elite kills.

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Constant (100%)
