Why isnt something like I-II-VEG modifier up like all the time

auric maelstroms are jus baby difficulty 99% of the time. why is the more challenging ones so rare. being blinded or hounds or muties isnt hard

Honestly hoping with the new updates they add more modifiers.

Maybe stuff like Elites leave behind a toxic cloud when killed or the sone paths are blocked by barricades that need to be destroyed or pathed around.

I think just more interesting hazards
