is the ogryn plate armour not in-game? or the Veteran helmet+gasmask combo? i only saw people with a helmet and rebreather so far

helmet gasmask was primarily for generic guardsman marketing
did they ever specifically state those are not in-game? I had the impression that one and the ogryn armour would be in-game. I mean the ranger vet armour that is ingame is also pretty generic.
I don’t remember them making any statement about that artwork in either direction.
They will definitely have had that fineprint at the bottom stating X and Y may not be playable I guess.
