What's up with the dog animation?

Overall the animation of this game is amazing. Very detailed and maybe the best I have seem. Then there is the dog. This animation is clunky and not fluid or detailed at all. It seems like it was pulled from a 2018 game. Not sure the reason for this but I hope the dog can be updated to match the rest of the game. If you feel the same LIKE this.
