Weapon stats, distribution of items, and curios

Straight to the point. There are so many weapon stats that are useless. Like mobility and defense. Pretty much everyone goes for weapons that drop those stats at their lowest, since they’re the least important.

Proposed changes: Remove the less desirable stats and give those weapons the highest possible stat roll for those undesirable stats as the weapon’s default behavior.

Example: A relic sword would no longer drop with a mobility potential of up to 80%. Instead, there will be no mobility stat and the relic sword will always have 80% mobility built into it’s kit.

Weapon stats also do not have a lot of variety. While stat percentages change, the stats on weapons do not.

Proposed changes: Create more possible stats to drop on a weapon. This would vastly increase build variety and would be the right step towards making items earned more valuable.

Speaking of more valuable items, there are some issues in the current itemization of the game that needs to be addressed. All of the weapon and curio vendors in the game either don’t refresh fast enough, or don’t provide enough of an incentive to buy weapons from their stores. Additionally, items rewarded at the end of missions are not very valuable at higher difficulties, as they don’t ever drop at the power levels they should.

Proposed changes: decrease vendor refresh time. Potentially to roughly the same length it takes to run a mission. Increase vendor weapon and curio power levels across the board, depending on character level. Buying a 330 weapon from a vendor feels really bad, when I don’t want to drop down a difficulty and get less materials for doing so, just to compensate for the weaker weapon. I propose between 380 and 430 should drop in vendors for characters that are level 30. (Sir melk should always be 500 for "lvl 30 characters)

Additionally, damnation and auric difficulty item rewards need to drop close to 500. Within 30 levels of 500 at all times. There’s no reason for items not to. There also needs to be more rewards for doing tasks like collecting scriptures and grimoires, as they only increase the amount of XP gained at the moment. More item drops would be pretty cool.

Curios are kinda uninteresting. They all drop with one of 4 stats and don’t make as big enough of an impact as I’d like them to.

Proposed changes: increase curio slots to 4, create more curios with different primary stats, create more possible secondary stays to use.
