How would you abbreviate „first person slasher“ then?

It’s a FPHGCO-OPS

I’m sure he has been bitterly regretting it. I can empathize.

You think the next complex or next update will tease us a weapon attachment system with the fact that it is a higly demanded feature ?

I wish I could live as optimistic of a life as you do.

No. Why are you deluding yourself?

I’m an eternal optimist.
Plus didn’t fatshark had a good record of giving what the community wanted in vermintide 2?

Fatshark seems to be optimistic too

I would say thay even if we do eventually get attachments etc., they won’t be for a long time as FS has said they’ve already had to postpone some of their initial post launch content to try and fix the game.

that i agree with you .It will rub me the wrong way if they start to add new systems to the game if the rest of the game is still wonky

Only when it came to small changes (balance, change a few numbers) and that only with a lot of waiting time. There were actually no more extensive reworks, unless you include the mods that FatShark has taken over into the game at some point. Apart from that FatShark only started new projects, made it halfway acceptable after a half-baked release and then started the next project

Keywords: Weaves, Beastmen, Crafting, Nurgloth boss fight, full inventory, Chaos Wastes’ missing demons and other factions, etc. Most of the time, suggested changes were met with
(more or) less understandable excuses or simply ignored completely.
So no, I wouldn’t call this a “good record of giving what the community wanted”.

Hedge was just following the company line, which is to gaslight. Nevermind that they promised attachments. Just go back and delete all references to it, hope that no one remembers that interview where they promised it, and then make a statement that it was never designed to have them in the first place. Oh, and hope no one notices all the leftovers of the system still left in the game.

In the same way they will promise X number of weapons and release with less. Then pretend they’re doing us a favour when they release two more weapons
which by the way still doesn’t get them to the amount of weapons they stated would be available on release.

In the same way they claim to be promoting experimental gameplay in the same post where they explain exactly how the RNG and crafting locks will prevent you from ever experimenting and perhaps even prevent you from ever getting a single item the way you actually want the item.

Unfortunately FatShark has a deeply troubled history when it comes to truth. When it was time to invite modders to FatShark headquarters, for instance, they couldn’t wait to invite a modder who had admitted he stole his most famous mod from someone else.

The lasgun the bots use still doesn’t have the sight or flashlight the ones we have use, right?

There was a big rework that was the stagger rework. It came in half-baked, most traits and states related to it didn’t work
and that was after a month of “beta” testing in which absolutely nothing was changed or fixed between beta and release.
