Is there a way to obtain a 100% cooldown on waystalker’s ultimate? Or something that refunds the ultimate’s cost?
I just played with a random group and there was a waystalker shooting ultimates as if they were free…
piercing shot (level 30 talent) will refund 100% of the cost if you land a headshot
