Water Tub/barrel in keep flipping out

Issue Summary: The Water inside the Water barrel/tub next to the forge in Taal’s keep is flipping out, its constantly vibrating/shaking when the water is supposed to be stationary

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. While you are in the keep go to the area where the forge is
  2. look for a water tub/barrel that is near the forge
  3. look inside the tub/barrel and see the water constantly jittering/shacking/virabrating

Reproduction Rate (Choose One): Constant

Additional Information: This bug only appeared with DLC patch and my graphics settings are all at max level, it literally cannot go any higher.
