is it still possible to roll the vs armor property on melee?

The rolls available on melee is only race.
In other words you can get either chaos or skaven, but not both. All other rolls are not available

It never was possible.
Melee can have one power vs race property.
Ranged can have one power vs race and one power vs. armor type property.
