### Issue Type (Required):

Talents

### Issue Description (Required):

Weapons Specialist’s “Always Prepared” talent has an issue on an empty gun when using Executioner’s stance for the instant swap. If your gun still has ammo in it and you use Executioner’s Stance to hot swap it will work as intended. But if your gun is dry then even though it restores the ammo to the weapon it still forcefully causes you to reload the gun. It does not matter how much ammo is restored nor does it matter how many stacks of Ranged Specialist are ready and used. This does not happen when swapping to your empty gun normally. Clip attached for demonstration

### Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Use Weapons Specialist with the “Always Prepared” talent and Executioner’s Stance ability
2. Have your gun empty
3. Have at least 1 stack of Ranged Specialist ready from Melee kill
4. Use Executioner’s Stance to hot swap to your gun from Melee, activating Ranged Specialist
5. Gun manually reloads despite having ammo restored

### [PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

### Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)

### Platform (Required):

PC - Steam
