When you reach lvl 30, you unlock the ability to make shooters marked and “designated”. Killing a marked and “designated” target also refresh the ability. However, it does not work in mission. While trying to do a penance to acquire cosmetic, this penance of killing 5 designated targets in the weakspot is simply impossible to do. When I kill any designated target that isn’t an elite or special the coldown doesn’t reset.
Steps to Reproduce:

- Take lvl 30 skill to mark shooters
- Go in game
- Kill normal shooters that ARE designated
- Coldown doesn’t reset and ability ends just after killing one
