# Veteran marksman focus does not grant any reload speed bonus

### Issue Description (Required):

I may be misunderstanding how this works but the keystone claims to give 1% reload speed for each stack so am assuming for 10 stacks i should get +10% reload speed. I’ve tested with multiple guns on vet and the animation speed is relatively the same with or without marksman focus stacks.

### Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Play normal mission or go to Psykhanium
2. Acquire marksman focus stacks by killing enemies on weakspot
3. Reload animation speed doesn’t seem to change

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

### Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)
