It can hook you out of the air if you got hit by a boss and are flying through the air, too >:(
Are you using stealth talent or not? If not then I believe this is intentional (though you are somewhat safe from some tracking attacks while dashing). And I personally like it, dashes are already very strong, we don’t need them to be iframes.
