Upgrading Vermintide 2 to Collector's Edition

Hello dear people,

I own Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (Standard-Edition) with 2 DLCs (Wings of Magic and Back to Ubersreik) in Steam. I accidently found out that I still have a Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Collector’s Edition key for Steam in my HumbleBundle account from the March 2019 Humble Monthly that wasn’t activated yet.

My question is what would happen if I would try to activate that CE in my present Steam account. Is it even possible to upgrade my normal version of Vermintide 2 with the CE of Vermintide 2? What about the DLCs, would I lose those perhaps?

Though, for anyone else who may come across this post I’ll drop the answer here too -
Activating a Collector Edition key will simply upgrade the account, and nothing e.g. DLC will be lost.
