Hi @aee616, please could you help us out by attempting to launch via the Xbox App, and then sharing your **darktide\_launcher.log** here for us to investigate? 🙏 1. Press the Windows key + R 2. Enter `%appdata%` within the search input and select ‘OK’ 3. Navigate to `AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\MicrosoftStore\Darktide` 4. Locate the `darktide_launcher.log` in this directory ---

Hi, I have attempted to launch via the Xbox App. However, since I had trouble getting the Xbox app to update the game for me on patch day, I deleted and reinstalled the entire game, and have been experiencing the issue of being unable to launch the game since then. This might contribute to the fact that there is no darktide\_launcher.log in the directory you pointed me to. Got it! Could you try this?: **NOTE** : By deleting your AppData, your loadouts and custom keybindings will be reset. You may wish to make a back-up of the directory in the event deleting your AppData does not work to resolve the issue. 1. Press the Windows key + R 2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’ 3. Navigate to: AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\MicrosoftStore 4. Delete the entire ‘Darktide’ directory You will then need to use the ‘Verify and Repair’ option, which is accessible via the Xbox App and will ensure the installation is complete. 1. Open the Xbox App 2. In ‘My Library’, select ‘Darktide’ 3. Select ‘More Options (…)’ 4. Select ‘Manage’ 5. Select ‘Files’ 6. Select ‘Verify and Repair’ ---

Hi! I have tried this earlier and just did it again. However, with the new Hotfix, the Microsoft Store refuses to start the update process. This is the reason that prompted me to delete and reinstall the entire game in the first place.
