I have unlocked the “Zealot of Tertium” Twitch drops but have not been able to claim or receive the cosmetics in-game.
When I attempt to claim any of the items on Twitch, it states the Drop has been claimed, however no changes are made in-game and I can attempt to claim the items over and over without any changes.
My Twitch username is “redbeard0044” and I have also attached my Steam URL.

Sorry to hear this Redbeard - everything looks to be set up properly on our end, and I can see you’ve been able to claim Twitch Drops in the past with no issues.
It sounds like something is amiss on the Twitch end, so I actually think the best course of action here would be to reach out to Twitch Support, or try claiming using another browser perhaps.

I’ve had to return to this support ticket as Twitch Support have neither resolved the issue with being unable to claim my current Drops nor being able to provide the items from that Drop promotion (for this game).
How can I request these items be provided in another way? I feel like I’m stuck otherwise and this has gone on for some time.
Oh! No worries, I’ve tried to manually redeem the Drops on your account instead. Let us know if you have any problems.
