# Unable to change appearence at Barber/Chirurgeon except when changing eyes

### Issue Description (Required):

On a specific character, the first character I made in this game actually, I am unable to change appearance at Krall’s shop except when doing a personality scourge, or changing eye color. The character is a Level 30 Veteran, if that helps at all.  
On all other characters I can change them normally, just not this specific character.  
Additionally, my character is Cadian, but if i switch off purple eyes and go back, it says the character is not from Cadia.

### Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Go to Oska Krall’s shop  
Go to modify appearance  
Select any option for face, skincolor, height, scars, tattoo, hair, etc. Doesn’t work.  
Select a different eye color, it does work.  
Am unable to switch back to original Cadian colors afterwards.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

I’m having the same problem with my Arbities that has purple eyes, I was able to edit them once randomly but otherwise the option to save changes is greyed out every time.  
I went to my psyker and can edit them just fine.

I’m on Xbox so seems to be a problem on multiple platforms.
