I own a Panasonic TH-65fx435q 4K TV and I play on PS4.

I have an issue where the image appears Zoomed in but only from top to bottom and not left to right.

My videos and menus are zoomed in to an extend I can not see the option menu up top or my player icon and bar at bottom right.

There is a Adjust UI option in game menu, but that inly adjust the UI while playing, and the screen adjust setting within PS4 does nothing to this game.

I have tried all aspect ratios from Just Scanned, 4.3, 16.9 and Auto. I have tried diff modes like Video Mode, PC Mode and Game Mode.

No matter what I set on the TV, it keeps on cutting of screen display top to bottom but left to right is fine.

Is this a bug or is there a fix?

This is a known issue pending resolution - apologies for the inconvenience.

People have been aksing for this for over 2 years now. I have also noticed that on 4K the 1080p menu does not upscale to fit the screen.

So everything appears smaller than it should be when reading things on 4K
