Tzeentzchian twins can have very delayed spawns

Not entirely sure what causes this. Also, only beastmen spawns were delayed in the video below while skaven splits acted as expected. Had around 50 ping, I suspect it’s the result of a CPU limitation.

Known “issue” and only happens to Beastmen.Delayed split is there to prevent crashes iirc?
