"Two heads are better then one" completed through boss one-shot protection (without boss dying) and procced on-kill effects

Issue Description (Required):

Got the penance for killing both twins in the fight in 5 seconds without actually finishing the boss, leaving it on low hp.
Twins have some sort of oneshot protection on either difficulty or havoc, and i procced the achievement with huge thunderhammer charged strike that didn’t kill the boss, but would finish it.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play Orthus offensive
  2. Reach conditions for “Two heads better then one” by overkilling second killed (or maybe first as well?) boss with very strong attack that doesn’t kill him through boss oneshot protection
  3. Get achievement while boss is still alive.
