It is disappointing that the player character’s callouts for the tox bomber are recycled from the regular scab bomber. This makes it feel like the tox bomber is incomplete, in my opinion. Obviously they simply dont have the voice lines recorded for it except for the simple tag callout. The callouts and voicelines are a huge thing for myself and many other players. I really like hearing what the rejects say when they kill certain specialists (even if ive heard them all thousands of times). You could also argue that it impacts gameplay because when the bomber spawns in, you will not know it since they dont call it out (though this is a flimsy argument, i know). So, im really hoping Fatshark can add these voice lines to the game. Im hoping, in general, they can get all the voice actors to record many new voice lines overall, though. They did with Vermintide 2.
They’ll probably add them eventually. When the game came out, scab flamers didn’t have callouts, and characters would just call out with a generic “what the kark IS that thing?” (which was pretty funny because it would be a regular moebian dude with a flamethrower causing that reaction)
On a related note I just realized the game has no “get out of the gas stupid” voicelines like VT2 had either. Those would be neat to have too
