There was an update today saying the achievement has been fixed and it has not been fixed: [[PC] Hotfix 5.1.2 : Vermintide](https://old.reddit.com/r/Vermintide/comments/17g21xv/pc_hotfix_512/)

i took firesword and spamed heavy attacks so i ignited always the whole horde in front of me (heavy 1 has infinite cleave and burns all) and took "dread seneshal so the skeletons live longer. Also firesword heavy 1 dots burn longer (3 ticks)

We’ve tested this internally and have been unable to reproduce the issue.

@CallMeCC Is it possible you play on the launcher workaround? As this wasn’t updated immediately and was still on the previous hotfix for a while?

Please try restarting Vermintide 2 if you haven’t already done so!
