The underdog should always play as heroes first in Round 2

Currently
Round 1: Team A plays as heroes for 15 minutes, scores 150 points.
Round 1: Team A plays as skaven for 5 minutes, enemy scores 15 points.
Round 2: Team A plays as heroes again for 10 minutes, the match cuts off because of score.

The whole match took half an hour, out of which Team A played as skaven for only 5 minutes.

When one team is doing better than the other, they get to play as skaven (arguably the more fun side) less than the other team. This incentivizes throwing matches. A simple fix to balance playtime between the two sides would be to force the underdog team to always play as heroes first in the final round.

Underdogs need a leg up when the score gap is something like 150 - 45, otherwise game ends too soon.
