my friend you need to go collect a paycheck from nvidia because you are ensuring i will never buy an amd gpu. jokes aside iāve been seeing you with issues on and off for years. i would probably try a fresh windows install

Good shout from eatingsand above, and that perhaps repairing/reinstalling Windows OS may help - though we canāt guarantee it, it may be worth trying 
im slowy getting tired of it of every time the game gets massive performance drops
its more the game absolute poor optimized for almost 4 years truly shameful and while the rest can enjoy game while amd users for this game get barely and the funny thing helldivers 2 has the engine as darktide and it runs still better
