All (or nearly all) penances related to the Karnak twins/The Orthus Offensive are not showing in the penance menus at all. I’ve heard they are still possible to complete, but I cannot see which ones I have done already or anything about them.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Go into penance menu and look for Orthus Offensive-related penances.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
