# The game keeps crashing

**Issue Description:**

Good day! I can’t enter the game, I browse until I select a character and the game crashes  
In this case, the error looks like this.

## GUID: 2d164bfd-f658-43ec-8b3f-75c2a8fb7e5a Log File: Info Type:

I don’t use mods, all programs and BIOS are updated.  
I just logged into the game yesterday, but a day later I can’t log in.
