The amount of plasteel you need to eventually roll the perk you want is always 300 max, so why not just implement a drop-down menu for the choice you want

They already are level gated as items below a certain level cannot roll lvl4 perks and blessings.

Because that would be giving players choice, and if you give them choice, they might not play as much.

That’s the ‘logic’ behind most of this game’s decisions. Just stereotypical mobile game nonsense intended to extend the grind.
