Health on kill vs. Health on Multihit vs. Health on Stagger strength
Maybe I don’t understand the mechanics of stagger, but the Health on Stagger feels completely pointless compared to the other two.
From my play testing, if an enemy dies in a single hit, this isn’t considered stagger; if an enemy gets knocked down by an attack, this isn’t considered stagger; and if an enemy is pushed back, this also isn’t considered stagger.
Using talents that have guaranteed stagger on the first hit wont register the stagger. I’ve tried to interrupt enemy attacks with similar talents and attack animations aren’t interrupted, testing this on both elite and infantry.
Can someone explain to me how to use this mechanic?
