### Issue Type (Required): UI & UX ### Issue Description (Required): After the anniversary update, I can’t use the combination tag and social wheel bind anymore. I can’t tag enemies or open the social wheel with it. The other, single-purpose keybinds work fine, though. ### Steps to Reproduce (Required): 1. Play game. 2. Attempt to use “Tag/Social Wheel” bind. 3. Nothing happens - cannot tag or open social wheel. ### [PC] Do You Use Mods?
