Sure Shot is consumed upon shooting a recently deceased enemy

I’m not entirely sure this is a bug, but I’ve had quite a few instances where me and a friend shot an enemy at approximately the same time, but I didn’t get a hit-marker, he got the kill on the kill-feed, and the stack of Sure Shot was still consumed.
