Separating colors, models, and patterns for cosmetics, both clothes and weapons, this will allow for a much deeper system, and will also allow us to make many unique outfits, and as a side effect, will reduce inventory clutter, if all similar items are grouped under one single model, instead of each color/pattern taking an inventory space (also i hate buying an item I think looks cool, then a few weeks later, one with a better color is for sale).

The ability to use different weapon mark models for any other mark of the same type, could be given as a penance reward after killing a certain number of enemies with the mark you want to unlock the skin for, more content.

The ability to customize cosmetics on a deeper level, by allowing us to remove (for example) a mask, from a helmet with a mask head item.
And how Obese fish is going to sell you reskins, if you can just choose colour?
They still can, we already have many cosmetic items that are almost the same, except maybe some bullets attached to the belt or some small detail, they can still sell those, but I never want to see a cool skin that I can’t buy because I don’t like the color, I want to recolor things.
Different patterns should be for purchase. Like changing your armor from the default red to another camo scheme could cost 200 aquilas once you’ve already purchased said cosmetic.
I’ll never get over how badly fatshark have done of a job of having a in game store run so poorly their community has to make basic suggestions of how to actually run it effectively.
As said the store is like main way the game will make money from its consistent playerbase you’d think they would at least try and a you know sell more on it more regularly and meet the basic expectations they have that they’re willing to pay for. Oh hey a demand let’s as a company just refuse to follow supply and demand the things companies kinda exist off.
