If you’re not going to add a scoreboard to the game a simple dps counter to the psykhanium would be nice for us to test builds/weapons’ performance.
There is one there already.
Whenever you damage a target in the Psykhanium, the DPS you did to the target is displayed briefly near the health bar.
It could definitely use some improvements though. The counter is specific to each enemy and counts from the first bullet touching them to them dying. So things like accuracy and headshots will skew results when you don’t want them to and piercing and cleave can’t be accounted for almost at all.
Comparisons like “big mag low damage” vs “small mag high damage” can’t really be made since enemies don’t have enough health to stand up to multiple mags dumped into their face, and there’s not enough specificity to compare things like “high damage low burn” vs “low damage high burn”
