Issue Description:
When out of stamina following blocking with the slab shield attempting to lock it in place with alternate gets interupted.
Steps to Reproduce:
When suppressed by gunners or reapers let yourself run out of stamina from blocking. When the shield is pushed away if you go to lock the shield with the alternate ability you become stuck in an animation loop of attempting to bring the shield down and being stunned.
I thought this may be a bug because the secondary for the shield isn’t supposed to use stamina but if you are out of stamina and suppressed you cant bring it into position.
But maybe this is working as intended? like you have to plant the shield prior to suppression?
