# Since last patch my audio has problems

I use headphones and since the last patch there are some sounds that play only on the right or the left. The most noticeable is the revolver reload, only plays on the right side.  
Tried to change the audio settings and there’s no use. Also used other headphones and it’s the same.  
I have asked about this to people in matches and some have the same issue

Sorry to hear this @Hrod-Ward. We’re currently investigating audio issues introduced with the recent hotfix.

Which headset model do you use?

Also, if you can provide your console log from a session audio issues occur, and your user\_settings.config that would be great to look at:

I have no idea, the one I use is almost 8 years old, and the other I tried is around 5. The only I can tell is that both are Philips.

Not sure if its the same issue

But changing Speaker Settings from ‘Auto Detect’ to ‘Stereo Headphone’ in Darktide’s Audio Settings, fixed dueling sword special stabbing sound for me.

update: nope not working with revolver reload
