Issue Description:
If this should be in the Performance forums then I can move this there, but this definitely seems to be more of a technical issue than just “why doesn’t my rig get higher FPS”
So I’ve had bad performance playing this game with my Ryzen 7 3700x, 32gb RAM, and GTX 1080. Slowdown would be immense. FPS cap was not very high
I tried running the game without WebHelper as suggested in this guide - (I did points 2 &4) - How to fix Steam Client WebHelper high CPU usage?
And I now experience 0 slowdown, and can bring my settings up higher. My FPS has increased, and again, 0 slowdown. It’s a night and day difference. Nothing feels sluggish anymore.
