Modifier Score need to be at 400, right now max is 380, which means you would always have 20% missing somewhere here or there, could be damage, stopping power, or anything critical.
There is no reason to have 380 as a hardcap, many weapons with good blessings and perks are thrown away because it have poor score in an important modifier score.
for every loot already generated, add to it the extra 20%, or add an option for hadron to increase modifier score to 400.
Also i think this is the best Columnus Braced Autogun you can get, as it would shower those heretical nurgle followers , rather than killing them, Cleansing them Literally!
