Serrated shots doesn’t work in any capacity.

I tried it only on the dummies after being unsure, but also during a match it’s easy to tell that it isn’t working because you don’t get the little crosshairs indicator (similar to hagbane). Strangely enough it was working in the betas before.
True. But now that I think about it, they changed the way bleed functions on weapons like SnD and DD this patch. Whatever they changed with bleed may be the reason why the talents broke between before and now for those talents.

WHC bleed talent doesnt work either.
