Scum stims lock your actions if you try to use them on cooldown. The spazzy animations were me trying to do anything other than block. I wasn’t holding the block button. After using ult and swapping to the guns, they would keep firing even after I stopped, and trying to move was difficult.
It tries to use the stim, but it can’t, so it locks all actions until it’s used, like a primed action.
