This’ll get a laugh.
So… the CM’s don’t actually respond too much on the official forums. They’ll post announcement and little puff piece things occasionally, but if you really want a response, or to discover something, you’ll need to head to the official discord and join it. Then you’ll need to search the message history for the CM’s users. Catfish, Hedge, and Aqshy are all search terms you can use. _Then_ you need to sift through their message history to find if there are any relevant details there, or catch one online and see if they notice/don’t ignore your questions.
For example, Catfish made a post earlier on the Discord that she has mainly been learning the role and meeting people this week, and she will be putting out her first community update for everyone soon. Ideally next week. Maybe. No promises. She is still trying to learn everything.
So Ideally next week, but no promises, so maybe the week after, we’ll get a _community update_.

I’m sure they are using their limited time on the important things. This doesn’t include responding to the recent spam of childish “Muuuuuum, are we there yet?” topics on the forums.
The game had a rough launch, Fatshark in its “wisdom” decided the live service model is going to make the launch of a new franchise easier. Well, you have one chance to make a first impression, no denying that.
I suggest, that everyone frustrated with the state of the game you clearly want to play…breath, take a break and come back in March.

Yeah Like I literally just directly asked Aqshy and Hedge on discord and they just ignored it and responded to a joke about pox hounds. I don’t think they’re sweating the community rn.

As a product person myself and someone who genuinely loves most of Darktide, i like to watch this product trainwreck and customer reactions to it. Its very informative as a case study in how not to handle things.
